1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AdstringO Cloud (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service compresses images and PDF documents on a credit basis. Compression quality and results depend on the source file and selected quality profile.

3. Credits & billing

Credits are consumed per successful compression. Jobs that fail or produce no size reduction are refunded automatically. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You must own or have rights to the files you upload. You may not use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdstringO Cloud is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
